Postage & Packaging
Each item comes presented in a gift box.
Postage is charged at £2.50 per order.
If you spend £20 or more postage is FREE.

Delivery
Items are dispatched  within 2 working days of receipt of payment if made by PayPal, alternatively if paying by cheque then goods will be sent once cheque has cleared, normally 5 working days.

Payment Methods
Payment can be made by the secure online facility at PayPal, using your debit/credit card. Alternatively you can send a cheque or postal order, if paying by cheque please be aware that your goods will not be sent until the cheque has cleared. All payment transactions take place on the secure encrypted server of our chosen and authorised payment processor (PayPal) - we at jewellerybykatrina.co.uk never have access to your card details at any time.

Returns
We are happy to refund or exchange any item within a 14 days period from receipt of goods.  Please email prior to returning an item so we can provide you with a returns code - returns will not be accepted without prior notification.  All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund, any items not returned in this condition will not be accepted.

Product Description/Quality
Please be aware that all our products are handmade using natural/handmade beads - this can mean that there are small imperfections with some materials - this is inherent with the nature of the product.
